I entered my order number but have not received a rebate

If you followed the steps for the delay properly and your rebate is indicated as "paid out", your reward link will have been sent via email.

Be sure to check your SPAM or Promotions (Gmail) folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. You may want to also search your emails for the sender UberZonClub Reward Center <[email protected]>  and also be sure add this sender to your trusted sender list to avoid the email not making it to you in the future.

Rebates are paid out anywhere between 3-15 days post-purchase. Timelines for pay out are not controlled by UberZon Club.

If you still cannot find the email with your rebate, please send us the following information:

1. A screenshot of the deal including the order status from your Uberzon dashboard. 
2. A screenshot of your order from Amazon including the order date, product and order ID.
3. A screenshot of your Profile page as it appears on UberZon, showing the email address associated with your account.

Once we have this information we can investigate your case further.
