Why was my order rejected?
Orders are rejected by our system for a number of reasons including:
- You purchased from the wrong seller. It is imperative that when purchasing a rebate deal that you are buying from the correct seller. Orders are validated against that sellers account, therefore if you purchase from the wrong seller, your order will not be found, and thus will be rejected.
- You entered a wrong order number. Whether it's because there was a typo or because you copied a separate order number, our system automatically rejects orders numbers that do not precisely match the order on the seller's end.
- You cancelled your order. If you cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, our system will detect it and reject your rebate. Please note that repeated attempts to cancel orders prior to shipping will result in permanent suspension of your account.
